2013 Range Rover debuts: 700 pounds lighter and better equipped

2013 Range Rover enters markets lighter, more spacious and with a multitude of enhanced features. It will be launched in over 160 markets across the globe while deliveries are scheduled to commence later this year 2012. Due to its all aluminum body structure, weight is reduced by 700 pounds, aluminum chassis are seen at front and rear while well designed suspensions gives the vehicle enhanced dexterity around corners.

Range Rover is also introducing its next generation Terrain Response System which gauges conditions of road surfaces and adjusts settings accordingly. Room in its cabin is enhanced by 4.7 inches while rear luxury seats are added for passengers benefit.

The 2013 Range Rover will be produced at the company plant in Solihull, UK. It will be the fourth generation Range Rover and will retain the inherent qualities of spirit and design as the model which was introduced over 40 years ago. Range Rover will be offered with a choice of V8 engines all mated to eight speed ZF transmission. Each of these vehicles have unmatched durability and sturdiness making them ideal off road vehicle capable of tackling the harshest of terrain in most challenging weather conditions.
