Gadgets and gizmos made available with online stores before their official launch by the company seems to be the trend these days. Snapdeal.com has announced the availability of Micromax Funbook Pro. Although this tablet has not been officially launched by Micromax in India, it is available at a price of Rs 10,000 at Snapdeal.com.
This Micromax offering comes with a dual-core Mali-400 GPU and is powered by a 1.2 Cortex-A8 CPU with 1GB RAM. The device has a 10 inch TFT LCD multi touch display that offers 600x1024 pixel dimension. This device has internal storage of 8 GB expandable up to 32 GB via MicroSD slot. 1080 video playback on this device is decent and the presence of a HDMI- out is a plus point.
This tablet is equipped with a powerful 5600 mAh battery. This tablet has inbuilt Wi-Fi and 3G support is via external dongle. A disheartening fact is this device supports only Tata DOCOMO Photon Plus. With Funbook Pro Micromax is offering Tata DOCOMO 3G dongle at a discounted price of Rs 500.
