2013 Jaguar XF 2.2 made at the JLR India plant is available at Rs.44.5 lakhs, Delhi. The 2.2 XF variant is Rs.6.5 lakh less expensive than the 3 litre XF priced at Rs.51 lakh,

As the new 2013 model of Jaguar XF prepared for it’s launch in the UK at the end of 2012, the vehicle is seen with a host of enhancements under its hood. Jaguar XF will be fitted with new 2.0 liter Turbo, 3.0 liter supercharged gasoline and 2.2 liter diesel engines while the XF retains its original outwardly design and internal features.

The 2.0 turbocharged inline four engine offers 237 hp and 340 Nm torque, the 3.0 liter supercharged V6 engine offers 335 hp and 450 Nm torque while the 2.2 liter four cylinder diesel engine delivers 161 hp and 191 hp. However, Jaguar is not offering all these engine options in all markets. 2.0 liter turbo petrol engine is exclusive for UK markets alone. 

Jaguar XF enjoyed 22% market share placing it ahead of Mercedes Benz E-Class and Audi A6 in sales volume terms in UK for 2012. XF Sportbrake reported 11% market share in December 2012. This week, the 2013 Jaguar XF 2.2 made at the Jaguar Land Rover India plant in Pune was launched and is available at Rs.44.5 lakhs, ex-showroom, Delhi. Local production makes the 2.2 XF variant Rs.6.5 lakh less expensive than the 3 litre XF that comes for a price of Rs.51 lakh.
