Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear fame received a boost in income to the tune of £900,000 following dividends from the company, Bedder 6, thus making him the highest paid BBC presenter. BBC Worldwide owns 50% of Bedder 6 and received £4.5 million dividend in financial year 2011-12, as per only £3 million in the previous year. Besides this, Clarkson has also received a fee of £350,000 besides a talent fee which he has been paid by BBC. All this makes his income total to £3.5million. Editions of Top gear have been made in five foreign countries including USA and Russia and over 4 million Top Gear DVDs have been sold. Besides this 150 licensed Top Gear products which include T Shirts, mugs and skateboards are also available and income from all these sources contribute to Jeremy Clarkson's final income figures.
