Mercedes Benz has confirmed that they will be launching an electric car which will be powered by Tesla Motors. This vehicle will be a Mercedes Benz B Class and is expected to be launched in the US by 2014. These exclusive electric vehicles will have Tesla battery packs, motor and other components and it is these very same packs which are also fitted in Smart ForTwo.
