Rimac Concept One electric sportscar worth $1 million London debut this September

Rimac may have announced their new electric powered coupe Concept_One at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year but it is only now that the company will be bringing in this $1 million vehicle into UK.  Only 88 such models are planned to be built, and hence customers with expensive tastes and high budgets need to be on the lookout for further announcements.

Concept_One will be available for $990,000 or €750,000 (equal to three Lamborghini Aventador's) but each of these 88 examples will offer enhanced performance and luxury features.  Its carbon fiber body is designed by Adriano Mudri and the interiors are put together by a team of former Pininfarina employees together with Goran Popovic while Bulgarian design studio Vilner has also offered their suggestions.

Rimac Concept_One will make its UK debut at Salon Privé, held from 5th -  7th September at London's Syon Park.  Rimac has fitted this vehicle with four sub systems each consisting of one motor, inverter and reduction gearbox and each of these powering one wheel.  It possesses combined output of 1073 hp and 1600 Nm and weighs 1650 kgs.  Concept_One can sprint from 0 to 62 mph (0-100 kmph) in 2.8 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 190 mph (305 kmph).
