For the first time, Audi and Ducati have come together to take on Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. This will be undertaken to bring to the fore Audi's latest sports car RS5 and Ducati's superfast sports bike Multistrada 1200S. The contest is scheduled for August 12th after being postponed from July 8th after wildfires ravaged much of Colorado earlier this summer.
The Ultimate Ride and Drive Contest invite participation through Tweets as to reasons for you to participate in the contest. Each submission will guarantee one entry to the contest. The coming together of these two super brands will definitely garner a great deal of attention while projecting their upcoming models on a novel platform.
Prizes include a trip for two to Sonoma, California to witness the Audi Sportscar Experience at Infineon Raceway with a Ducati superfast sports bike at your disposal for the entire duration of three day three night stay. Audi will also be offering $500 spending money and $350 to take a car on hire.
The terms of entry to the contest state that all entrants must be legal residents of the US and over 25 years of age. All applicants must have a valid driver's license and motorcycle license as Ducati will be extra cautious as to who will be taking hold of their prized possession for three full days.
