MINI goes down memory lane to reminisce about past concepts and designs

Right from the 1997 Concept Monte Carlo Rally to the current day MINI Rocketman Concept, MINI shows us the varied stages of design and concepts it has accumulated over the past few years. The year 2005-06 saw the entry of the MINI concept Frankfurt/Tokyo/Detroit /Geneva which showcased style and elegance as also sportsmanship.

MINI crossover concept of 2008 showcased elaborate seating and rear leg room. The flexible interior layout allowed for the car to be adapted as per individual needs. From the MINI roadster Concept to the Beachcomber to the Rocketman each of these variants possessed classical design, luxurious appearance as also usage of modern technologies.

August is the last month of the summer season for those living in the northern hemisphere. This is the time of freedom and relaxation, time to take a trip down memory lane before everyone gets back into their usual daily life. Keeping this factor in mind, MINI has chosen the month of August to take a look at its past concepts from before it was acquired by BMW in 1990.
