More Sony Xperia J phone images make their way before release

Although Sony has not announced release date of its Sony Xperia J phone, image leaks of what claim to be Sony‘s offering have made their presence felt, and it’s far from over. Recently, more leaked images, this time much clearer that previous leaked photos have emerged.

The photos reveal three devices in different colors alleged to be the Sony Xperia J phone. This phone is deemed to be an entry level offering Sony which will feature a 1GHz Scorpion processor and Adreno 200 GPU. The Android based phone with Snapdragon S1 chipset (Qualcomm MSM 7227-GSM-MSM 7627-CDMA) will have a 4- inch WVGA TFT display.

The device is expected to have a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash. Connectivity features of the phone include Bluetooth, HSPA, 3G, GPS and Wi-Fi. Running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich the entry level Xperia offering is expected to target youth that are looking at feature packed phones at an affordable price. Sony is expected to makes an official announcement in regard with release of the Xperia J towards the end of August at this year’s IFA.
