As Toyota Liva celebrates one year of success, the company is celebrating the occasion with the launch of a special edition Liva hatchback, called Liva TRD Sportivo. Designed by Toyota Racing Development, Japan, the vehicle is specially targeted for the sports loving and youthful car buyers, who will revel in the number of sporty features and trendy updates available on this limited edition model.
Being launched at a price of Rs.5.23 lakhs for petrol variant and Rs.6.32 lakhs for its diesel counterpart, the TRD Sportivo will be available in colors of white and ultramarine blue. It is being developed specially for the Indian markets and will sport new front bumper spoiler, aerodynamic side skirts, two tone rear bumper spoiler and roof spoiler, 15" alloy wheels with gun metal finish with special Limited edition logo "TRD Sportivo" emblazoned across the vehicle.
Special new fabric interiors with TRD Sportivo branding and silver shift knobs are added which increase the vehicle's appeal. There will only be 1,200 units sold as special edition while orders are open till October 2012.
