AC Schnitzer is turning its attention to tuning of BMW M Carbon racer bike. This ultra light bike will be made even more lighter, while various alterations will be seen in its appearance once the tuning company finishes working on it. BMW M Carbon bike will be 1 kg lighter and will have a total weight of 6.9 kgs, a 12.7% development as compared to the regular bike.
Developed by non other than BMW's M division, weight of the bicycle has been reduced due to the usage of lighter parts which include new carbon wheels which the tuning company has introduced in collaboration with "Xentis", a new carbon saddle supports with a carbon crank. Though prices of the tuned up M Carbon Racer have not yet been announced it may be mentioned that a regular M Carbon Racer is priced at $3,579 in the US.
AC Schnitzer was founded in 1967 and is a German based tuning company that has vast experience in tuning of BMW and MINI cars. Besides four wheelers, the company is specialized in tuning of motorcycles and bicycles and has now ventured into tuning of BMW racer bicycles as well. BMW's M Carbon ultra light racer bicycle is seen with new enhanced features.
