Car that runs on water – sounds farfetched doesn't it

Agha Waqar Ahmed is the 'brain' behind this practical joke of declaring that he has invented a water kit enabling any car to run on water alone. Trained at Khairpur Polytechnic Institute, Ahmed has declared that with this discovery Pakistan will go where no one has gone before. With a technology that ensures cars driving on water power without the need for petrol or gas, electricity or diesel, Ahmed hoped to take Pakistan into the future.

Commending his new discovery, ministers of Pakistan such as ministers Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani and Qamar Zaman Kaira have given the discovery their seal of approval while President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed his delight. Media have projected Ahmed as a nationalhero while this water powered vehicle was looked upon as something that would save the country $14 billion on oil imports.

The bubble has burst no sooner than it emerged. Scientists and physicists have proved that something like this is highly improbable and least likely to work, and is to be seen whether the so called 'inventor of a car that runs on water' receives bouquets or brick bats.
