Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster arrived in India at a staggering price of Rs 4.77 crores ($887,254), ex-showroom, New Delhi. Here are all the photos and details from the launch event, which concluded at the Lamborghini outlet in Mumbai a few hours ago..
Lamborghini sold 17 cars in India in 2012, which is an increase of 21% when compared to Lamborghini car sales figures for 2011. India is one of the important Asian auto market for Lamborghini. The Sant’Agata Bolognese based sports car maker, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Lamborghini India participated in the celebrations by giving Indian car buyers the option of buying their fastest roadster ever, Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster. Lamborghini Aventodor, itself is a car which highlights the evolution of car industry. But there are some features inside, which highlight the Aventador Roadster. Such as, hand-crafted Sabbia Nefertem leather upholstery, Dione 20”/21” rims (lowers the car weight by 10 kgs), Azzuro Thetis (light blue) color option, 6.5L V12, 700 PS, 690 Nm, 0-100 kmph in 3 seconds, top speed 350 kmph, and two piece carbon fiber roof which weighs less than 12 kgs. Lamborghini Aventador Roadster sales will commence in India by mid 2013.
