Named "V-12 25 Years Edition", this limited edition BMW 760Li will be offered only in the US and only 15 units will be made. BMW 760Li V-12 25 Years Edition will feature black floor mats, BMW Individual Champagne Full Merino Leather, black piping (exclusive for 25 Years Edition), rear footrests with Champagne piping.
As far as badging this special edition is concerned, you will see a lot of it once you are inside. "V-12 25 Years Edition" is badged on the headrests, door sills, BMW iDrive controllers. BMW first introduced their premium luxury sedan, 7 Series back in 1977. 10 years later, in 1987, BMW introduced a V12 heart to their flagship car, BMW 750iL. Powered by a 5.0L V12 24V SOHC engine codenamed M70B50, it generated 300 PS power and 450 Nm torque. 25 years later, BMW USA is celebrating this occasion with a Limited Edition 7 Series V12.
Limited edition BMW 7 Series is priced at $159,695 including destination and handling. Deliveries are scheduled for early 2013. Customers will be offered full range of BMW & Series colors on this special edition. Powered by a 6.0L V12 Twin Turbo, the 760Li generates 535 hp and 550 lb-ft torque, shooting this luxury on wheels from 0-100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds. Top speed is limited to 198 kmph, but with the M Sport package, you can have a top speed of 248 kmph.

Woodcliff Lake, NJ – September 7, 2012 ...Today, BMW launches a very special limited edition 25th Anniversary Edition 760Li V-12 reflecting a rich tradition of V-12 engines that began back in 1987 with the then groundbreaking BMW 750iL when BMW engineers crafted the most Ultimate Driving Machine of its day with the introduction of its first automotive V-12 engine.
