Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) 100% Honda subsidiary here: Honda Brio Drive to Discover last leg begins


Honda Cars India Ltd. was established in 1995 to cater to the needs of Indian customers. Technologies and latest car models were available to customers, which were met with a great response by people all over the nation. The company has a strong sales network which boasts of about 137 dealerships spread over 85 cities across the nation. 
Honda Seil Cars India has announced a corporate name change after the sale of assets of Usha International Limited which was a partner of the company. As per the certificate of Incorporation from Registrar of Companies HSCI will now be known as Honda Cars India Ltd. effective immediately. Through this name change, Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) will now have the privilege of being a 100% Honda Subsidiary in India.

Two state of the art production facilities at Greater Noida, U.P and Tapukara, Rajasthan help to cater to the ever rising demand of Honda models like Brio, Jazz, Honda City, Civic and Accord. The Honda CR-V is imported into the country as CBU. Advanced design and innovative technology coupled with reliability and fuel efficiency make Honda models a good choice for Indian customers.

In the meantime, the 3rd edition of the company's "Drive to Discover" event in a Honda Brio hatchback is soon drawing to a close. The relay drive was flagged off on 22nd August 2012 and ends on 12th September 2012. The final leg drive route entails going from Cochin to Trivandrum with the Rushlane, and team BHP participants resting at Munnar at drive end today.
