At the Paris Motor Show this month, MINI will be showcasing their new John Cooper Works GP limited edition. Prior to the show, MINI and JCW have released specifications and details of their new model which will be limited to only 2000 units worldwide. The MINI JCW GP will have a 1.6 liter four cylinder turbo engine offering 218hp and 260 Nm torque.
John Cooper Works GP will have electronic control system, Dynamic Stability Control and electronic locking. Weighing just 1,160 kgs, this will be one of the lightest sports cars in its class. However being limited to just 2000 models this JCW GP may soon become a collector's item. Production is expected to commence later this year with sales beginning almost immediat
