Citroen C3 gets a makeover in Brazil

It has been just three years since the second generation Citroen C3 was launched in July 2009 and now French auto manufacturers have decided to give this super mini car a makeover. Pictures of the tweaked up model were released by Citroen Brazil even while the vehicle gets set to be debuted at the Paris Motor Show in September.

The facelifted version is seen with subtle differences and major attention is paid to the front of the vehicle where one can easily decipher its tuned up grille, redesigned bumper with a reshaped lower grille and new LED daytime running lights.

In its interiors one will find new circular air vents and new trims as the vehicle gets ready to go on sale in Brazilian markets this August.   Engine details in the new generation Citroen C3 will include a 1.5 liter engine capable of producing 93 hp and 140 Nm of torque while a second engine offered will be a 1.6 liter capable of 122 hp and 161 Nm of torque. No disclosures were made as to pricing of the upgraded vehicle.
