Jaguar Land Rover announces 1,100 job vacancies in UK to create new car models

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) UK's largest automobile, engineering and designing firm will be expanding its workforce in order to cater to the fast growing luxury car market. There are about 1,100 job opening that have been made available to qualified individuals in the UK. New job vacancies will be of great help in the manufacturing facility in Castle Bromwich to support the launch of new Jaguar models.

With the launch of its new model the XF, Jaguar is looking to expand its markets and thereby it will need to dish out these units on a regular basis to keep customers happy and coming in. High quality training and development for each of the recruited employees ensures that JLR stays in the front where quality is concerned.

XF Sportbrake derivative will be added to the XF range and with a load capacity of up to 1675 litres, will be the most versatile Jaguar built to date. Jaguar has sold more than 29,000 vehicles globally in 2012, which is a 19 percent increase against the same period last year.

Business Secretary Vince Cable, said and I quote: "This is fantastic news for Castle Bromwich that Jaguar Land Rover is creating more than 1,000 jobs to support the production of new models at the plant. This expansion is a clear demonstration of Jaguar Land Rover's continuing commitment and investment in the UK."
