Mahindra launched new Verito sedan last week with better mileage, efficiency, features as also space and comfort in its class. A total of 23 new features are seen on the new Verito. This new Mahindra car boasts of curves and macho body lines and bold cuts. The front of the car has undergone a total makeover and its new look makes sure that the sedan stands out in a crowd. Additions to the exterior include sculpted boot lid, clear lens tail lamps, new rear bumper and classy new alloy wheels. A revised side bumper and side cladding provide a total new look to the car.
Interiors of the Verito have been designed with lighter colors and revise control set. Rotary knobs have been provided for climate control, internal circulation as also the music system. This car also has the addition of the power windows feature. Buttons for power windows are placed on the door pads of the car. A new contemporary two tone theme coupled with a new dashboard look and ergonomic controls for the Variometric AC are some of the features seen in the new model. A 2 DIN music system complete with CD / MP3 / USB / Aux-in / Tuner has also been provided. A wide rear seat and spacious seating capacity are also seen in this variant.
The Mahindra Verito is available in 1.4 liter petrol engine and 1.5 diesel engine variants. The petrol engine provides and output of 75 hp and 110 Nm torque while the diesel provides an output of 65 hp and 160 Nm of torque. The Mahindra Verito has been priced reasonably so as to be able to compete with the Maruti Swift Dzire and ToyotaEtios.
