Audi Q5 SUV to be presented to four Olympic medalists from Haryana

The Haryana Government on Sunday, August 26th, felicitated four Olympic medalists from their state by presenting them with Audi Q5's. Wrestler Sushil Kumar and Yogeshwar Dutt, Saina Nehwal and Shooter Gagan Narang were each presented with these luxury vehicles as a gesture of appreciation for what they have brought to their country during the recently concluded 2012 London Olympics. These vehicles were presented by realty firm DLF together with the Haryana Government.

Those sportsmen who participated in the London Olympics, but were unable to procure any medals, were also felicitated by the Haryana Government and were presented with Maruti Suzuki SX4 vehicles. This time round however, it was not be Sachin Tendulkar who handed over the keys to Saina Nehwal. Chief Minister of Haryana called upon to do the honors on Sunday at Gohana, Sonipat.

He presented each of the medalists with their high performance SUVs. DLF has always been associated with sports in some way or the other. They are title sponsors for Indian Premier League while the firm also promotes the game of Golf in the country.
