Fiat reveals 2013 Panda 4x4 Crossover: Makeover by Fiat Centro Stile

Fiat designers at Fiat Centro Stile have designed the 2013 Fiat Panda 4x4 Crossover. This compact SUV is about to be debuted at the Paris Motor Show next month. Better described as Super Panda, the vehicle is fitted with an off road inspired body kit, sturdier underbody and a number of shiny aluminum accents. Height has been increased while new 15" alloy wheels are added.

The vehicle boasts of a 0.9 liter TwinAir Turbo engine producing 85PS. Other option includes a 1.3 liter MultiJet II diesel engine offering 75PS both mated to a six speed transmission which has better uphill start and acceleration. Interiors are seen with a green frame around its dashboard, while seats and door panels are superbly upholstered. Being a four wheel drive, the 2013 Fiat Panda is fitted with electronic stability control with electronic locking differential system which comes in into good use specially during those difficult road conditions.

Revealed ahead of the Paris Motor Show at the end of September, Panda is a regular five door hatchback measuring 3680 mm in length, 1670 mm in width and stands 1600 mm tall. It sits on a 2300 mm wheelbase and is offered in a choice of two colors – Sicilia Orange and Toscana Green. Prices are still not disclosed and will probably be made public ahead of its debut.
