Xiaomi's new smartphone with Android 4.1 is the worlds fastest

Majority of Chinese smartphone manufacturers borrow technology and design heavily from every other smartphone manufacturer in the business. Finally, there seems to be a smartphone maker that seems to be daringly different. We’re talking about Xiaomi who has announced its new Mi-Two smartphone. This smartphone will have the talked-about Snapdragon S4 chipset.

According to the company, the Mi-Two will be the fastest Android 4.1 smartphone in its segment and will wipe its competition clean; hinting at Samsung Galaxy III, HTC One X and LG Optimus 4X D. Mi-Two will have a 8 megapixel camera and sport a 4.3 inch IPS screen with a pixel resolution of 1280x720. Video recording capability is Full HD- 1080p.

The device will have 18GB internal storage expandable up to 32 GB via microSD slot. This handset will have a USB-port with MHL support (for HDMI- Out) Features included in this smartphone are Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Wi-Fi. Talking about software, Mi-Two runs a customized version of Android 4.1-Jelly Bean, called MIUI. This smartphone is expected in the Chinese market by October at a price of 2050 HKD, approximately around Rs 15,000. Initially Xiaomi will be launching Mi-Two only in China.
